Our main objective over the years is to benefit the cyclist. However, even products that benefit people, have an impact on the environment. In 2022, we started carrying out life-cycle analyses on Lazer helmets to get an idea of this impact. With the help of South Pole, we are able to pinpoint the biggest contributors to climate change in the helmet production process and decide where we can make meaningful changes.
We are making progress towards a reduction of climate change impact in small, regular steps, and a significant objective has been reached with the introduction of our own proprietary protection technology, KinetiCore.
