Verde KinetiCore follows a circular design, based on the principles of reducing, reusing, and recycling materials.
The complete helmet is made up of a limited amount of components, without compromising on safety. Verde KinetiCore is rated 4 stars for safety in rotational impact tests. Using recycled materials wherever possible, a minimum of 70% of the helmet's weight is made of recycled materials such as recycled CDs. Who knew your old Nickelback and Madonna CDs would still come in handy?
Behind Verde KinetiCore's clean urban look hides an advanced technical detail, the EcoLoc, that allows the user to easily disassemble the helmet at the end of its life. Simply unlock, look for the stamps on the different materials and sort correctly at home.
A built-in port on the rear can be used to increase visibility with the Lazer universal LED. Once more allowing a complete disassembly of all parts at end of life as opposed to built-in solutions.

With a goal to contribute to a society where cyclists can enjoy riding in safety, our main objective over the years is to benefit the cyclist. However, even products that benefit people, have an impact on the environment.
In 2023, we started carrying out life-cycle analyses on several Lazer helmets to get an idea of this impact. With the help of South Pole, we are able to pinpoint the biggest contributors to climate change in the helmet production process and decide where we can make meaningful changes.
We are making progress towards a reduction of climate change impact in small, regular steps, and a significant objective is reached with Verde KinetiCore.

The Lazer TurnSys system provides a tailored fit that's easy to adjust on the move with a simple turn of the dial.
Designed to disassemble
Verde KinetiCore is made up of interlocking components by use of the patented EcoLoc. Its zero-glue construction enables the user to easily disassemble at the end of its life for sorting in line with local requirements, guidelines and availability.
Recycled & recyclable
Using recycled materials wherever possible, a minimum of 70% of the helmet's weight is made of recycled materials.
Next to being recycled, Verde KinetiCore is recyclable. This new helmet is ready for a circular future as the new Lazer patented EcoLoc® eliminates the need for glue.

Verde KinetiCore is NTA 8776 certified – The safety certification for e-bikes and speed pedelecs. The NTA-certification confirms that Verde KinetiCore has been designed and tested for higher speeds and harder impacts.

Increased rotational impact protection with KinetiCore
KinetiCore is designed to provide added safety to Lazer helmets. It protects against direct and rotational impact thanks to EPS foam blocks that crumple under impact and absorb the energy that otherwise would have reached the cyclist's brain.
The result of avoiding added-on plastics and reducing the quantity of EPS required, is improved performance with a reduced amount of materials.
