Your helmet’s job is to help protect your head in the event of a crash. Unfortunately, sometimes your helmet has to sacrifice itself in order to fulfil its mission. Lazer is happy to offer a 50% discount off a new replacement helmet so you can get back on your bike as soon as you are ready. Any Lazer helmet purchased within 3 years of crash damage is covered by the Lazer Crash Replacement Program.
This program is run at the discretion of any individual Lazer distributor and can be cancelled or amended at any time without notice.
If your helmet has been involved in an accident it can be replaced at a reduced price up to three years after the purchase date.
Judgement is up to the Lazer distributor (who have experienced warranty staff).
The replacement will always be the same model as the original or the nearest current equivalent if the original is no longer available.
When the same colour helmet is no longer available, the customer will be sent an alternative colour from the current range.
Lazer recommends that distributors provide a 50% discount off the current SRP of the helmet you’re being supplied as a replacement, but they are allowed to deviate from this.
