This program is designed to subsidise the cost of buying a replacement when a Lazer helmet has been crashed.
This program is run at the discretion of any individual Lazer distributor and can be cancelled or amended at any time without notice.
If your helmet has been involved in an accident it can be replaced at a reduced price up to three years after purchase date.
Judgement is up to the dealer and Lazer distributor (who all have experienced warranty staff).
The replacement will always be the same model as the original or the nearest current equivalent if the original is no longer available.
When the same colour helmet is no longer available, the customer will be sent an alternative colour from the current range.
Lazer recommends dealers to provide a 50% discount off the Current SRP of the helmet you’re being supplied as a replacement, but the dealer is allowed to deviate.
